Please be aware that many of our clinicians are unable to accommodate new clients due to very high demand for our services. Our clinicians may not have the capacity to offer Bulk Billed or reduced rate services. Please check with the clinic BEFORE you see your GP for a mental healthcare plan to ensure that:the psychologist you are considering has availability. You must also enquire before you book about reduced fees, or full fees will be charged.
Our administrators do not work every day, so we may not be able to address your query straight away.
We do not provide emergency care, and it may take a little while for us to get back to you. We do not accommodate urgent referrals, and in most cases, you will be placed on a waiting list for treatment.

Clinic hours
We have some evening appointments available in addition to appointments during business hours, however, these appointments are in high demand, and normally have much longer waiting lists than our business hours appointments.
Fees
Fees are set by each psychologist independently. The Australian Association of Psychologists Inc recommends the following fees for psychologist services for 2023-2024: $300 for 45-60 minutes, $450 for 80-90 minutes.
Medicare and Insurance Rebates
Medicare rebates apply with a valid referral from your GP or psychiatrist. Depending on your circumstances, level and type of cover you may also be eligible to claim via your health insurer.
