In Healthy Healers, Amanda, Catherine and Ainsley will lead you through a trauma informed regime for self care as a therapist, drawing on therapeutic wisdom from EMDR therapy, models of structural dissociation and internal family systems.

The format will be personalised and experiential, and we guarantee you a warm, supportive and practical learning experience.

We limit our trainings to 27 participants to ensure that you get some personal attention with one of us on the day.
